Well a few weeks past and not a lot has been done. Windows are almost all in downstairs, Saturday should be the last day for windows. I hope we have time to put up the panels in the Living Room too. There is still more wallpaper waiting for me, I fell like all I did in the last couple of weeks was rip of wallpaper. The electrician is almost done and the walls will get a new coat in the next 2 days, at least downstairs so far. Marshall should be back soon, we really need him and his helping hands.....

Estimated Move In Date: April 15th

Day two went great...we took down the walls in the kitchen and the living room. The wallpaper in the living room is gone as well as the door frame. Now I have an electrician coming out Monday to look at the wire Marshall cut through with the jack hammer and we have to decide where we want the electrical plugs and stuff. The windows are here and all we need is the weather to get warmer so they can put them in which looks like no sooner than mid March :(
The old owner will move out Friday and the house is ALL ours. So starting next weekend our main priority is the bedrooms upstairs.
We have a BIG shopping trip ahead of us where we pick out the flooring for the different rooms. I am open to everything but I want Cork in the Kids Rooms.
Marshall is leaving on the 29th to go to Hohenfels for a month and I hope we will be done with most of the stuff we can do ourselfs by then.

Day one is over, the wallpaper in most of the rooms is gone, spot in the kitchen wall for the support beam is ready and wooden ceiling panels are gone. We got a lot done today, next big working day is next Saturday!!

So It looks like everything should work out the way we want it. Saturday we will start with the first work. We will take off all the old wallpaper and the wooden roof panels. We will also start with the first wall in dining. room. EXCITED!!!

One more day and the first contractors are coming out to the house to look at the heaters and the walls.  New windows have been ordered and should be coming in soon. If everything goes right we can start tearing down the first wall this weekend.
